This Privacy Policy describes the procedures for collecting, using, and protecting information of users of the AdShorts AI service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

By using the Service, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy.

  • account identifiers (e.g., Telegram user ID);
  • data provided by the User when using the Service;
  • information about actions in the Service (log files, events).

The Service does not require passport, payment, or other sensitive personal data, except in cases provided by payment system functionality.

  • providing and improving the Service;
  • ensuring security and stability;
  • processing User requests;
  • complying with legal requirements.

3.2. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve processing purposes, or for periods provided by law.

7. YouTube Data and Google API Services

If a User connects a YouTube channel via Google OAuth, AdShorts AI requests access only to the specific scopes shown on the Google consent screen.

7.1. Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload

Used strictly to:

  • upload videos to the User's YouTube channel;
  • set video metadata during upload (title, description, tags);
  • publish videos at the User's direct request.

This scope does not allow access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or other Google services.

7.2. Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly

Used only to:

  • retrieve the User's YouTube channel name;
  • retrieve the YouTube channel ID;
  • retrieve the channel thumbnail (avatar);
  • display the selected channel inside the bot interface;
  • confirm the correct publishing channel.

We do NOT modify, delete, or manage existing YouTube content through read-only access.

7.3. Data Usage and Storage

  • OAuth access tokens are stored in encrypted form.
  • Tokens are used only to perform authorized actions.
  • Users may revoke access at any time via Google Account settings.
  • Upon disconnection, stored tokens are permanently deleted.
  • We do not permanently store YouTube content data beyond what is strictly necessary for publishing functionality.
  • Channel name and channel ID may be stored only to maintain publishing functionality and can be deleted upon user request.

7.4. Limited Use Compliance

AdShorts AI's use of information received from Google API Services adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is:

  • not sold;
  • not shared with third parties;
  • not used for advertising;
  • not used for artificial intelligence or machine learning model training.

By connecting YouTube through the Service, the User also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
