User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the AdShorts AI service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") arising from the use of the website adshortsai.com, Telegram bot, and other Service interfaces.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. AdShorts AI is a digital online service providing tools for automated video content creation using data processing and artificial intelligence algorithms.

1.2. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

1.3. The Service Administration reserves the right to change functionality, access conditions, and this Agreement without prior notice to the User.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. The User agrees to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes.

2.2. It is prohibited to:

• use the Service to create content that violates the law;
• create content that infringes the rights of third parties;
• attempt to interfere with the Service, bypass restrictions, or use automated means to abuse functionality.

2.3. The User is solely responsible for the content they create and publish.

3. Registration and Access

3.1. Access to the Service may be provided through a Telegram bot or other interfaces.

3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining access to their account.

3.3. The Service reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in case of Agreement violations.

4. Paid Features and Digital Services

4.1. The Service provides both free and paid features.

4.2. Payment signifies the User's consent to receive a digital service that is provided immediately after payment.

4.3. Since the services are digital and provided instantly, refunds are only possible in cases expressly provided by applicable law.

4.4. Any editing creates a new video and deducts 1 generation. Each parameter change (background, music, voiceover, subtitles) and regeneration creates a new video and deducts one generation from the User's balance.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All rights to software code, interfaces, algorithms, and the AdShorts AI brand belong to the Service.

5.2. The User receives the right to use generated content at their discretion, unless otherwise specified in the description of a specific plan.

5.3. The Service does not guarantee the uniqueness of created content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is not responsible for:

• service interruptions;
• possible User losses;
• actions of third parties;
• blocking of User accounts on third-party platforms.

6.2. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

7. Data Processing

7.1. By using the Service, the User agrees to data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7.2. The Service does not request excessive personal data and does not transfer it to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

9. Final Provisions
